The company ACF-Cz spol.s r.o. was established on 4.10.1999 in Mosty u Jablunkova, a picturesque village in the Beskydy Mountains. In the course of its activity, the company built a successfully and dynamically developing enterprise in a ruined building of the former agricultural cooperative. The principal production programme of the company is the manufacture of LDPE and HDPE films and relating products. In addition to the manufacture of films, bags and shopping bags, the company concentrates on the manufacture of special products supplied by foreign producers to our market.

As the second producer in the Czech Republic, we manufacture perforated film with the trade-name VARSATEN for the Czech and foreign markets. This film is intended for boil-in-bags for rice. As the only enterprise in the Czech Republic, we have managed the difficult technology for manufacturing of anti-skid films with the trade-name RAPATEN.

Purchase and processing of waste films, their recycling and following manufacturing of new products is an important element of our production programme. With this activity, we contribute to the requested and preferred environmental protection in a large extent.

In 2007, the company built a production hall for plastic materials recycling in which we placed the production line for waste films crushing and washing. This new production line shall secure our self-sufficiency in supply of recycled materials and it will contribute to the higher production effectiveness and quality as well as to the next development of the company.
